1. Commitment and Scope
For these standards, a child is anyone under 18. They apply to profiles, rooms, room names, messages, images, voice messages, links, and every other part of Pride.
2. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not use Pride to create, request, possess, distribute, sell, link to, or promote child sexual abuse material; groom, solicit, sexualize, threaten, coerce, or sexually communicate with a child; facilitate sextortion or trafficking; share a child's personal information for abusive purposes; or help anyone evade child-safety enforcement.
3. Report a Concern
Use the in-app report control on the relevant profile or room and choose the closest reason. If you cannot use the app, email [email protected] with the Pride user or room ID, date, time, and a description.
4. Review and Enforcement
We prioritize reports involving possible child harm. Pride may restrict access, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records where lawful, report apparent CSAM or related conduct to appropriate authorities, and cooperate with valid legal requests.
5. Age Safeguards
Pride is intended for adults and requires users to be at least 18. We use birthday information and eligibility checks and may investigate or remove accounts that appear to belong to a minor. Adult-only eligibility does not reduce our child-safety obligations.
6. Child Safety Contact
For a child-safety question or report, contact [email protected]. This contact is monitored for Pride safety reports.
