For a technical issue, include a short description, the steps that caused it, approximate time, Pride user or room ID when relevant, device model, operating system version, app version, and country or region. Do not include passwords, verification codes, payment card data, or another person's private information.

For sign-in, account recovery, privacy, or deletion requests, contact us from the address associated with your account when possible. Review the account deletion page for the in-app steps.
