1. Scope
Pride is a social app centered on live voice rooms, profiles, messaging, and community controls. This policy applies to the Pride mobile app, this website, in-app web pages, and services that link to it.
The current release does not include payments, virtual gifts, wallet balances, withdrawals, or host application programs. If a later release enables one of these features, we will provide feature-specific notices and update this policy where required.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account and sign-in: password sign-in details and identifiers supplied by Google, Apple, or another enabled sign-in provider. Passwords are not intended to be stored in plain text.
- Profile: avatar, nickname, birthday, gender, country, language, and signature or other profile information you choose to provide.
- Service activity: rooms you create or join, room roles and presence, messages, relationships, reports, blocks, and support requests.
- Media you choose: images selected through the system picker for an avatar, room, or report. Pride does not automatically scan your device media library.
Information collected automatically
- Device and technical data: device model and brand, operating system and app version, locale, country, language, network type, IP address, installation identifiers, Android advertising or device identifiers where available, crash information, and security signals.
- Voice and real-time data: room identifiers, session metadata, connection quality, microphone input while you actively use a live voice feature, and audio events needed to connect participants. Pride does not claim to record live rooms unless a feature specifically tells you that recording is enabled.
We may also receive information from sign-in providers, other users who report or interact with you, app stores, and service providers.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide and secure sign-in, registration, profiles, rooms, messaging, and voice connectivity.
- Show regional context, language options, room roles, presence, and relevant service responses.
- Process reports and blocks, investigate abuse, protect users, enforce our terms, and keep the service secure.
- Diagnose crashes, measure reliability, improve performance, and communicate service or security notices.
- Comply with law, valid legal process, app-store requirements, and our agreements.
Depending on your jurisdiction, these activities may rely on contract necessity, consent, legitimate interests, or legal obligations. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it for future processing.
5. Retention and Security
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Retention varies by category and may include a pending account-deletion period described in the app.
We use encryption in transit, encrypted request protections, secure credential storage, access controls, least-privilege access, logging, and operational review. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not share passwords or verification codes with anyone.
6. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority.
You can update profile information in the app, control microphone and camera permissions in device settings, and use in-app report, block, and account-deletion controls. To request privacy help, email [email protected]. Never send a password or verification code.
To delete your account, use the in-app flow or review our account deletion page. Some information may remain where retention is required for legal, security, dispute, or abuse-prevention reasons.
7. Children
Pride is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an account. We use birthday information and eligibility checks and may restrict or remove accounts that appear to belong to a minor. Review our Child Safety Standards to report a concern.
8. Changes and Contact
We may update this policy when the service, law, or processing practices change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required. For privacy questions, requests, or complaints, contact [email protected].
