1. Acceptance

These Terms form an agreement between you and Pride. By creating an account, accessing the app, joining a room, or using a Pride service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Pride.

2. Eligibility and Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
  • Provide accurate information and keep it current. Do not impersonate another person or use a false identity to bypass regional rules.
  • Keep authentication details secure and report unauthorized access promptly.
  • Do not maintain multiple accounts to evade restrictions, manipulate rooms, or abuse the service.

Your public profile is separate from your private sign-in account. Do not publish another user's private login information.

3. The Pride Service

Pride currently provides live voice rooms, profiles, messaging, room roles, and community controls shown in your version of the app. Features vary by country, language, platform, account status, and operational configuration.

Voice rooms may include hosts, administrators, listeners, speaker seats, room messages, and moderation controls. A room is not private merely because it is small or invite-based. Do not share information that you would not want other participants to hear, record, or repeat.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue a feature or service. We will provide notice for material changes where required, but we do not guarantee that any feature will always be available.

4. User Content and Conduct

User Content includes profile information, room names, audio, messages, images, reports, and other material submitted through Pride. You keep ownership of your content, but grant Pride a limited license to host, store, transmit, display, moderate, and process it as needed to operate and secure the service.

  • Do not harass, threaten, exploit, scam, impersonate, or target people because of a protected characteristic.
  • Do not share sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, malware, or instructions for serious wrongdoing.
  • Do not record, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or automate Pride except as expressly permitted.
  • Do not use another person's personal information, account, or authentication details without authorization.

Content shared in a public room may be heard or copied by other users. Do not share confidential information in public areas.

5. Safety, Reports, and Enforcement

Use the in-app mute, block, report, room controls, and leave options. Pride may review reports, account activity, room events, and service signals to protect users and enforce these Terms.

We may warn, limit, mute, remove content, suspend, terminate, close a room, or cooperate with authorities when necessary. We do not promise to monitor every room or resolve every dispute. See our Child Safety Standards for our child-safety rules and reporting channel.

6. Future Features

The current release does not include payments, virtual gifts, wallet balances, withdrawals, or host application programs. No purchase, cash redemption, earnings, withdrawal, agency, employment, or payment right exists under these Terms unless Pride expressly enables the feature and gives you additional terms or in-app notices.

Before enabling any future feature, Pride will publish applicable pricing, refund, eligibility, conduct, privacy, and feature-specific rules. Availability may vary by release, country, platform, and account.

7. Ownership

Pride and its licensors own the app, website, software, trademarks, logos, visual assets, text, and service design. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Pride while you comply with these Terms. You may not copy the interface, scrape the service, or use Pride branding without written permission.

8. Ending Access

You may stop using Pride and request account deletion through the available account controls or support channel. We may suspend or terminate access when you breach these Terms, create risk, violate law, or when we discontinue the service. Account deletion is subject to the process and limited retention described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers, ownership, content licenses needed for retention, safety investigations, and limitations that should survive termination remain effective.

9. Contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the effective date. For questions about these Terms, contact [email protected].
